2025 Academic Excellence Gala

On November 14, SPE held its annual academic achievement gala.

This event was made possible thanks to the participants in our various events!

Participating in our activities allows SPE to reward students in the plastics engineering program at Cégep de Thetford who have distinguished themselves by earning several academic merit awards (highest grade in a course) and to highlight their excellence.

Three scholarships awarded in 2025

In 2025, the SPE teams awarded three scholarships to students.

• Zachary Launois (3rd year) received $250

• Mélanie Doucet (2nd year) received $150

• Lauranie Mercier (1st year) received $100

  
  

The amounts above were used to supplement scholarships awarded by the Cégep de Thetford Foundation.

In 2025, the total amount of SPE scholarships was therefore $500.
